This is an action wherein the plaintiff, alleging that she is the owner and entitled to the possession of certain real property, to wit: lots 2, 3, and 4, Norwood Terrace, Los Angeles, and that the defendants have no right, title or interest in said property, sought a decree quieting her title to said property against any claim on the part of the defendants. Her claim of ownership is predicated upon a chain of title consisting of a conveyance in the form of a grant deed from Prank 0. Dalton, Roy A.
