EOFF, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial constituted of officer members. Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted of attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, premeditated murder, felony murder, robbery and wrongful communication of a threat, in violation of, respectively, Articles 80, 81, 118, 122 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 881,918, 922 and 934. He was sentenced to confinement at hard labor for life, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to the lowest enlisted pay grade and a dishonorable discharge. The…
