DRANGINIS, J.
The plaintiff, Laura Soares, administratrix of the estate of the decedent, Suzanne Soares, appeals from the summary judgment rendered in favor of the defendant George A. Tomasso Construction Corporation.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly (1) concluded that the defendant did not owe a duty of care to the decedent and (2) imputed the negligence of the driver to the decedent. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
