SCHALLER, J.

The plaintiff, Sylbert Ramsay, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant Camrac, Inc.,1 following the granting of the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. On appeal, the dispositive issue is whether the court improperly granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment.2
