This workmen’s compensation case was brought in the Circuit Court of Cocke County. The trial judge granted the petitioner-employee, Winston Loveday, benefits for temporary total disability of $42.00 per week from October 7,1968, to March 21,1969, the date of the hearing, together with, medical and hospital costs.
