Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction on one count of first-degree kidnapping, ORS 163.235, and two counts of second-degree kidnapping, ORS 163.225. Defendant assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal on all three counts. We affirm.
