Petitioner was dismissed as an employe of the respondent college on the ground that he used abusive language and aggressive gestures toward a faculty member and two students who, over a two-day period, sought rightfully to enter and use facilities of a college building where petitioner performed custodial duties during the evening hours. The college also based its action on similar behavior by petitioner toward a supervisor after petitioner was suspended as a result of the other encounters.
