2Per curiam
This is an interlocutory appeal from a district court order granting defendant’s motion to disqualify plaintiffs trial counsel from further representation in the underlying action. The appeal presents two questions: whether an order disqualifying counsel is a “final decision” appealable under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and, if so, whether the district court’s order was reasonable under the circumstances presented in this case. We conclude that the order is immediately ap-pealable and affirm.
