At issue in this ruling are the fate of two patent infringement actions that this Court has previously found to be related. Plaintiff Fellowes, Inc. (hereinafter, “Fellowes”) seeks to consolidate these cases. Defendants in the later-filed case, Techtronic Industries Co.
