RADER, Circuit Judge.
The United States District Court for the Northern District of California determined that Micron Technology, Inc. (Micron) cannot show jurisdiction for its declaratory judgment action. Because the district court relied on a doctrine rejected by the United States Supreme Court in MedImmune Inc. v. Genentech Inc., — U.S. -, 127 S.Ct. 764, 166 L.Ed.2d 604 (2007), this court reverses and remands.
