ORDER GRANTING IN PART MOTION TO DISMISS

Plaintiff brings this action alleging a “willful” violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”). Un-disputedly, Defendant Longchamp did truncate her credit card number in compliance with the statute. It failed, however, to remove her credit card’s expiration date from her printed receipt.
