Defendant Robert Wiktor appeals his conviction for one count of maliciously damaging property and two counts of mail fraud. We affirm. 1

I. Background

Defendant was the general manager of Great Western Distributing, a telemarketing business owned by co-defendant Katherine Harp. 2 On June 25, 1992, an intentional fire was set in Great Western Distributing’s storage room.
