McCLELLAND, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members. Contrary to his pleas, Appellant was convicted of five specifications of maltreatment of persons subject to his orders, in violation of Article 93, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 893; one specification of abusive sexual contact and one specification of indecent exposure, both in violation of Article 120, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 920; and three specifications of assault and battery, in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 928.
