A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of making a false official statement, knowingly and wrongfully transporting child pornography in interstate commerce, and knowingly and wrongfully possessing child pornography, in violation of Articles 107 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 907, 934 (2000).
