A general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone convicted Appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of two specifications of violating a general regulation, one specification of dereliction of duty, and three specifications of adultery, in violation of Articles 92 and 134, Uniform Code of Military- Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 934.
