OPINION

SUE WALKER, Justice.

Appellant, identified using the pseudonym “John Doe,” appeals from the trial court’s order denying his motion to enforce an expunction order. We will dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.

Based on events that occurred on March 19, 2009, the Flower Mound Police Department arrested Doe, and the Denton County District Attorney’s office brought two criminal charges against him.
