LASKER, District Judge.
These companion actions are brought by several fabricators of copper products against five copper producers (the principal defendants) and some of their subsidiaries (fabricators producing certain products which compete with products manufactured by plaintiffs). The complaints in the two actions are similar, and for purposes of the present motions will be referred to collectively. The extensive complaint is divided into three counts.
