This is a G.L.c. 90, §34M action by plaintiff Sonogram of New England, Inc. (“Sonogram”) to recover, as an unpaid provider, Personal Injury Protection (TIP”) benefits for a medical service rendered to the defendants insured as part of the treatment of injuries she sustained in an automobile accident The trial court allowed a Mass.
