Came on to be considered for trial on February 24 and 25, 2011, the Plaintiffs’ Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a) (2, 4, and 6) and 11 U.S.C. § 727(a) (2, 3, 4, 5, and 7). For the reasons stated herein, the Court finds that the Defendant’s debt to Plaintiffs is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) and (a)(6), and the Defendant will not receive his Chapter 7 discharge under section…
