OPINION

FORSBERG, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal and taxation of costs against appellant. Appellant American National Bank is the personal representative of the estate of May Y. Wilson, who brought this action to recover on a hospitalization insurance policy. The action was dismissed for lack of prosecution and for noncompliance with a court order. We affirm.
