This is an appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a) (4) from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, T. Emmet Clarie, Judge, reported at 263 F.Supp. 788 (1966), in a patent infringement action, holding claims 3, 4 and 5 of U. S. Patent No. 2,885,248 1 for molded bearing having low friction mating surfaces, and claims 1, 5 and 9 of Reissue Patent No. Re 24,765 2 for low friction fabric ma terial valid and infringed, and dismissing counterclaim for declaration of non-infringement, invalidity and anticipation.
