MADDEN, Judge.
The House of Representatives, having before it a bill, H. R. 7176, “for the relief of the Maco Warehouse Company,” adopted, on March 6,1956, House Resolution 406, 84th Congress, 1st Session, referring the bill to this court for its action pursuant to sections 1492 and 2509 of the Judicial Code, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1492 and 2509. The plaintiff filed its petition in this court pursuant to the cited sections of the Code, seeking to recover the net profits which it claims it would have realized from the operation of a Government-owned warehouse if the Government had not terminated its…
