JUDGMENT

JOHN E. WAITES, Bankruptcy Judge.

Based on the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as recited in the attached order of the Court, the Court denies Debt- or’s claim for relief for violation of the automatic stay.

This matter comes before the Court on the complaint filed by Patrick Andre Gri-sard-Van Roey (“Debtor”) seeking compensatory and punitive damages for Auto Credit Center, Inc.’s (“Auto Credit”) alleged violation of automatic stay.
