MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court upon Debtor’s Motion to Hold Defendant in Contempt of Court for Violation of the Automatic Stay. The Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b) and 157(a) and the general order of reference from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia dated August 15, 1984.
