Now before the Court is the Plaintiffs Motion for Contempt, an adversary proceeding seeking compensatory and punitive damages for violation of the automatic stay. 1 A trial was held on October 6, 2004, at which Jean Madden appeared on behalf of PlaintiffyDebtor, Toni B.
