MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN C. ST. JOHN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court upon the Motion for Contempt against Col-linswood Lake Apartments, LLC, George Eberwine, and Kittrell Eberwine and the Motion for Sanctions (collectively, the “Sanctions Motion”) filed by Robert Edward Seaton, Jr., and Sarah Nichole Sea-ton on June 27, 2011. An evidentiary hearing was held on the Sanctions Motion on August 3, 2011. At the conclusion of the evidence and arguments, the Court took this matter under advisement.
