THE COURT.

This is a motion by the attorney-general of this state for a diminution of the record and further certification herein.

By an information filed by the district attorney of Los Angeles County the petitioner was charged in four counts with the robbery of gasoline stations and in a fifth count with the theft of an automobile. He was also charged with prior conviction of robbery, for which he had served a term of imprisonment, and with unlawfully carrying firearms.
