LOCKWOOD, Justice.
This is a review by certiorari of a decision of the Arizona Industrial Commission which affirmed its previous order denying petitioner’s application to reopen his claim.
On December 16, 1959, the petitioner, Vernon Bishop, sustained an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment with Swift Ford Sales at Yuma, Arizona, when he was struck on his back and lower ribs by a pry-bar which he had been using in attempting to remove the trailer hitch from a vehicle.
