LOCKWOOD, Justice.

This is a review by certiorari of a decision of the Industrial Commission of Arizona which affirmed its several previous orders denying petitioner’s application for rehearing.

On June 19, 1959, Lamar L. Lowry, the petitioner herein, injured his right arm and chest, and sustained three broken ribs in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment as a carpenter with the K & W Construction Company.
