Johnson, herein referred to as plaintiff. Defendants are I. G. Iverson, employer, and London Guarantee Accident Company, insurer.
Plaintiff, a carpenter, was injured on November 20, 1920, and was totally disabled for some time. Compensation was voluntarily paid to him under the compensation law for 31 1/2 weeks. He gradually recovered and returned to work on July 6, 1921. His recovery was not complete, but payment…
