Certiorari to review an order setting aside an order approving a settlement made under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.

The settlement and petition instrument is entitled in the district court of Ramsey county and was signed by Ronstadt, the injured employe, Minor, the employer, and his insurer on November 6, 1920.
