Certiorari to review a decision by the Workmen’s Compensation Commission construing Minn. St. 1965, § 176.101, subd. 6.
The sole question for decision is, where an employee sustains a work-related injury and dies as a result during the period of disability, whether under § 176.101, subd. 6, amounts paid as medical benefits are deductible from dependency compensation due on account of such death. The commission held that the amount of such medical benefits could not be so deducted, one commissioner dissenting.
