Billy Molone, B. B. Haikey, and B. B. Haikey, guardian of Sessie Haikey, a minor, filed this action in the district court of Tulsa county, on the 30th day of August, 1916, praying the judgment of the court decreeing them to be the paternal heirs of Josephine Coachman, deceased, and decreeing them to be the owners of the undivided one-half interest in the lands described in the. petition, and for joint possession with the defendant, D.
