This was an action brought by Sallie Canard against plaintiffs in error to recover certain lands situated in Ok-fuskee county, Okla. The defendants in error Rowe, Phillips and Douglas, filed a petition in • intervention asserting that they were the owners of a one-half interest in said property by reason of an attorney’s contract executed to them by Sallie Canard. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiff for the recovery of the lands in controversy and quieting her title thereto, and for rents.
