The facts pertinent to this decision are not substantially in dispute. Good Hope Industries, Inc. (“Good Hope”) was in the business of marketing petroleum products. It, along with four companion debtors, filed for relief under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act 1 on October 31, 1975.
