COFFIN, Chief Judge.
The trustee in bankruptcy for Cushman Baking Company and Cushman Bakery (hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as “Cushman”), appeals from a final judgment of the District Court for the District of Maine, reversing the order of a bankruptcy judge.
