The respondent, Humphreys, sustained personal injury while in the employ of the appellant, Schuknecht 'Construction Company. The industrial commissioner made an award in favor of the respondent. This award was affirmed upon appeal to the circuit court. The employer and insurance carrier 'have appealed. The single question involved in the case is whether the industrial commissioner erred in computing claimant’s total annual earnings, which formed the basis for the award.
