Error to the District Court, Laramie County, HoN. Richard H. Scott, Judge. This action was brought in the District Court by William A. Pinkerton, and Robert A. Pinkerton, co-partners, doing business under the firm name of Pinkerton National Detect-iv'e Agency, against John H. Ward, Charles E. Stone and Thomas Blyth, to recover for certain services alleged to have been rendered by said plaintiffs, at the special instance and request of the defendants.
