DUDLEY, C.. This is an appeal from the superior court- of Oklahoma county. On June 29, 1912, the defendant in error, plaintiff below, commenced this action in said court against the plaintiffs in error, defendants below, to recover damages for the alleged breach of an ab-stractor’s bond, in compiling, furnishing, and certifying an incomplete, inaccurate, and imperfect abstract of title to certain real estate located in Oklahoma county.
