Merrill v. Fremont Abstract Co.

This action was brought by respondents, to recover damages from appellant on account of its alleged negligence in the preparation of an abstract of title to certain real property whereby an instrument was omitted from the same. The amended complaint, which is unverified, alleges that on October 29, 1917, appellant made, compiled, and delivered to one, J. F.
