LALLY-GREEN, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Randy L. Imler, appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, entered July 7, 1998, granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee, Hollidaysburg American Legion Ambulance Service (HALAS). We affirm.

¶ 2 The facts, as found by the trial court, are as follows. After graduation from high school, Appellant worked as a male attendant at Nason Hospital in Roaring Spring, PA and held a part-time position as a volunteer ambulance attendant for HALAS.
