C. H. Carlyle commenced this action before a justice of the peace in Wyandotte county, to recover $43.50 for professional services rendered as a physician, and caused a garnishee summons to issue to the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fé Railroad Company, which was indebted to the defendant. It answered, acknowledging such indebtedness, and paid into court $34.50. February 15,1884, trial and judgment for the plaintiff for $23.50 and costs.
