This matter is before the court on plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment (Doc. 126) and defendant’s motion for complete or, in the alternative, partial summary judgment (Doc. 146). The case involves the allegedly wrongful repossession of plaintiffs tractor-trailer rig by defendant Associates Commercial Corp. (“Associates”) and the third-party defendants.
