Appellant, P/T Ltd., II (P/T), which had purchased from appellee Friendly Mobile Manor, Inc. (Friendly) a mobile home or trailer park, together with a number of mobile homes situated on the premises, brought a declaratory judgment action in the Circuit Court for St. Mary’s County against Friendly and two of its officers, appellees John S. Weiner and Kenneth C. Rossignol.
