Whether the writing requirement of the Statute of Frauds contained in-Title Two of the Uniform Commercial Code, Md. Code Ann. (1975), Commercial Law Article, § 2-201, prevents the enforcement of an oral contract for the sale of a mobile home is the question we must settle in this case. Judge Robert E. Clapp, Jr., sitting without a jury in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, resolved this issue by deciding that under § 2-201 (1) the contract, between Bettie Lewis, the plaintiff-appellant, and Dr. Herbert H.
