Appellants, Marshall T. Thompkins and his wife, Antoinette S. Thompkins (the “Thompkinses”), appeal from a decision of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Mountaineer Investments, LLC (“Mountaineer”).
