At a general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone, Appellant was convicted, pursuant to his pleas, of seven specifications each of dereliction of duty and conduct unbecoming an officer, in violation of Articles 92 and 133, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 933 (2000). He was sentenced to dismissal, a reprimand, a $2,500.00 fine, and contingent confinement for ninety days if the fine was not paid. The record indicates timely payment of the fine.
