SULLIVAN, Judge:
Appellant, Inmate Kenneth E. Davis, is a prisoner in custody of the Armed Forces at the United States Disciplinary Barracks (USDB), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. In June of 1993, he was found guilty by a general court-martial of conspiracy to escape and attempted escape from a confinement facility,1 in violation of Articles 81 and 80, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881 and 880, respectively.
