This cause is before us after decision by the district court of appeal. The judgment of the superior court in favor of the plaintiff was by that court reversed. A further consideration of the questions involved satisfies us of the correctness of the conclusion reached by that court, and we adopt in large part its opinion as expressing our views, which part we quote.
