Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment following a jury verdict, challenging the trial court’s orders granting defendant summary disposition of plaintiff’s claim alleging breach of contract and denying plaintiff summary disposition of that claim. We reverse the order granting defendant summary disposition and remand for entry of an order granting plaintiff summary disposition and for determination of the amount of insurance benefits to which plaintiff is entitled.
